Returns, Withdrawal and Refund Policy

This policy describes the 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases and the separate rights that apply when goods are faulty or not as described. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under EU or applicable national law.
14-day right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer buying online, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Tell us within 14 days after the day you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods.
Email officialkukirin@icloud.com with your order number and an unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing. You may use this wording: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for order [order number], received on [date], ordered by [name and address].” We will send the return address and practical instructions. After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice.
Inspecting and returning the product
You may handle and inspect the product only as you reasonably could in a physical shop to establish its nature, characteristics and operation. Assembly, riding or other handling beyond what is necessary may reduce the product's value; where the law permits, a proportionate deduction may be made for that diminished value. Opening the box or missing the original packaging does not by itself remove the withdrawal right.
Please return every supplied accessory, charger, manual, key and part, and pack the product securely. Reusing the original protective packaging is strongly recommended because electric scooters and dirt bikes are heavy and easily damaged in transit.
Return costs for a change of mind
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods under the 14-day withdrawal right unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to pay it. Scooters and dirt bikes are bulky goods and normally require an insured freight service rather than ordinary post. Before ordering, contact us for a destination-specific estimate of the direct return cost. The exact cost depends on the collection country, model, carrier and service selected.
Do not send a product until we have confirmed the appropriate return destination. You remain responsible for the return shipment until it is delivered, so use suitable packing, tracking and insurance.
Refund timing and method
We will reimburse payments received for the returned goods and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered for the order. We do not have to reimburse the extra cost of a more expensive delivery option you chose.
We will issue the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever happens first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and we do not charge a refund fee.
Faulty, incorrect or damaged goods
If goods are faulty, do not match the description or arrive damaged, contact officialkukirin@icloud.com with the order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos or a short video can help us diagnose the problem but do not remove your statutory rights.
For covered faults, remedies are provided without charge in accordance with applicable law. This may include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a proportionate price reduction or refund. The seller bears necessary return costs for defective goods. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery; national law may provide additional protection. Any commercial warranty is additional and does not replace that legal guarantee.
Transit damage
Please report visible transit damage as soon as practical, ideally within 48 hours, and keep the product and packaging available for inspection. This prompt-reporting request helps us pursue the carrier and does not shorten or remove your statutory rights.
