How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched in 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch for most EU destinations. Tracking is sent when the order leaves our EU warehouse.

What guarantee applies?

Eligible EU consumer purchases include a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery. National law may provide additional protection, and any commercial warranty is additional. See the Warranty page.

Are these genuine KuKirin scooters?

Yes. We sell original KuKirin scooters supplied from stock held in our EU warehouse.

Can I ride it in the rain?

Check the exact IP rating and manual for your model. An IP rating does not make a scooter waterproof; avoid heavy rain, standing water and charging a wet scooter.

Do I need a licence or insurance?

Rules differ by country and can cover speed limits, approved roads, insurance, registration, age and protective equipment. Check the current official rules where you plan to ride before purchasing or using a scooter.

What if it breaks?

Contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos or video can help diagnosis. Where the legal conditions are met, the remedy may be repair, replacement, price reduction or refund without limiting mandatory rights.
