Order Miles count what you actually pay, after any discount. Shipping and tips don't earn Miles. Owners earn 1.25x on orders and Pros 1.5x. A 1-star review earns the same Miles as a 5-star one.
When you can use them
Miles from an order are pending until 30 days after delivery, in case you send something back. Then they're yours to use. On a pre-order, the Miles show up when it's delivered. Your account shows the date for each order.
How to use them
Sign in, then turn on Use KuKirin Miles at checkout. You need at least 500 Miles ($5).

Miles count as your discount, so you can't add a promo code to the same order. Store credit still works with them.
Questions
I checked out as a guest. Did I earn Miles?
Yes. We keep them under the email you used. Sign in with that email (we send you a one-time code) to see them. Your first sign-in also adds 500 bonus Miles.
What happens if I return something?
We take back Miles in proportion to what we refund: refund half the order and half its Miles go. If the whole order is refunded or canceled, all of its Miles go.
What if my order is canceled?
Any Miles you used on that order go back to your account. Signup and birthday Miles keep their original expiration date. The pending Miles the order would have earned are canceled.
Do Miles expire?
Earned Miles don't expire unless you go 24 months without an order, a review, or using Miles. Signup Miles expire after 60 days and birthday Miles after 30. Your account shows the date.
How does Pro early access work?
Sales we schedule ahead open for Pro members 48 hours early. Sign in and the sale price applies in your cart automatically. The end date is the same for everyone. When a new model has a launch date, Pro members can order it 48 hours before everyone else.
Is store credit the same as Miles?
No. Store credit is money on your account. It never expires, works on anything, and goes on the same order as a promo code.
