Where we ship
Available checkout destinations include the European Union, the United Kingdom and selected other European countries. The country selector and checkout show current availability for your destination. We cannot dispatch an order to a country or postcode that checkout does not accept.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
- Orders are normally dispatched from our EU fulfilment warehouse within 1–2 working days after payment and any required verification.
- Delivery is normally estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch for most supported EU destinations.
These are estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless a guaranteed service is expressly shown at checkout. Weekends, public holidays, remote areas, severe weather, carrier disruption and customs procedures outside the EU may add time. Tracking is emailed after dispatch when supplied by the carrier.
Shipping charges
The standard configured rate is free for orders of €299 or more and €20 below that threshold, or the market-currency equivalent shown by Shopify. The final charge displayed at checkout for your destination is the amount that applies before payment.
Taxes, customs and import charges
Orders delivered within the EU from our EU warehouse do not normally incur import customs duties. For destinations outside the EU, local customs duties, import VAT, handling charges or clearance requirements may apply unless checkout expressly states they are included. These charges are determined by the destination authorities and carrier.
Address and delivery responsibility
Check the delivery address, telephone number and access instructions before paying. Contact us immediately if anything is wrong; we cannot guarantee a change after dispatch. Unless you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer, responsibility for the goods remains with the seller until they are delivered to you or to the person you nominated.
Availability
A product marked in stock is available for fulfilment according to the inventory information in our store. If a stock discrepancy prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and offer a full refund or, only with your agreement, a suitable alternative.
Damage or non-delivery
If tracking shows a problem, the parcel does not arrive, or the packaging or product is damaged, email officialkukirin@icloud.com with the order number. Please report visible damage as soon as practical, ideally within 48 hours, and keep the packaging. This request helps the carrier investigation and does not limit statutory rights.
