Fourteen-day right of withdrawal
For eligible distance purchases in the EU, you can notify us that you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason.
Before returning anything
- Email officialkukirin@icloud.com within the withdrawal period and include your order number.
- Wait for the return address and packing instructions.
- Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
- Return every accessory, manual and supplied item and pack the product securely. Original protective packaging is strongly recommended but is not a condition of the withdrawal right.
Inspection, diminished value and return cost
You may inspect the product as you reasonably could in a physical shop. Assembly, riding, damage or handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation may reduce the refundable amount where permitted by law.
You normally pay the direct return cost for a change-of-mind withdrawal. Scooters and dirt bikes are bulky and usually need insured freight. Before ordering, contact us for a destination-specific estimate; the exact cost depends on the collection country, model and carrier.
Faulty or transit-damaged goods
A fault, incorrect product or shipping damage is handled separately from a change-of-mind return, and necessary return costs for defective goods are borne by the seller. Contact us with the order number and a clear description; photos or video can help diagnosis without limiting your rights.
