Two-year legal guarantee

Eligible consumer purchases are protected by the minimum two-year EU legal guarantee against faults or lack of conformity that existed when the goods were delivered. The remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

What the guarantee is for

It covers goods that are faulty, do not work as described or do not match the agreed product information. It is different from routine maintenance and does not make wear items permanent.

What is normally outside coverage

  • Normal wear of tyres, brake pads, grips and similar consumables.
  • Crash damage, misuse, overloading or unauthorised modification.
  • Water ingress caused by immersion, pressure washing or use beyond the published resistance rating.
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, storage, charging or maintenance.

How to make a claim

  1. Email us with your order number, model and serial number.
  2. Describe the issue and attach clear photos or a short video.
  3. Wait for diagnosis and instructions before dismantling or returning the product.

Depending on the fault, the appropriate solution may be diagnosis, a replacement part, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as required by applicable law. Never send a scooter or battery without return authorisation.
