Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from the store operated under the trade name Official Kukirin. They supplement, and do not exclude or reduce, mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

Orders and contract

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract. Review the product, quantity, delivery destination, price and these policies before ordering. After you submit an order, we send an electronic confirmation. We may contact you if payment verification, an address correction or other information is reasonably required.

We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment where a product is unavailable, a material pricing or description error is identified, payment is not authorised, delivery is unavailable or there are reasonable fraud or legal-compliance concerns. If we cancel after receiving payment, we refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the market currency selected or detected by Shopify. The product page, cart and checkout may display converted amounts. The final checkout amount and currency control the transaction. Prices include taxes where checkout indicates this; shipping and any applicable charges are shown before payment.

Payment methods and any provider-specific terms are displayed at checkout. Do not attempt unauthorised transactions or misuse discount codes.

Product information and performance

We take reasonable care to keep product specifications, compatibility, images and descriptions accurate. Screen colours, minor production revisions and non-material packaging details may vary.

Speed, range, hill-climbing and charging figures are manufacturer maximums from test conditions. Real results vary with rider weight, speed mode, terrain, gradients, tyre pressure, temperature, wind, payload, maintenance and battery condition. A stated maximum is not a promise that every rider will achieve it.

Road legality and safe use

Rules for electric scooters and off-road vehicles differ by country and local authority. Before use, check all requirements concerning permitted roads or private land, speed limits, registration, insurance, licensing, age, helmets and other equipment. Some performance modes may not be legal on public roads.

Follow the manual, wear appropriate protective equipment, inspect the vehicle before every ride and do not ride or charge in unsafe conditions. Water-resistance ratings do not mean waterproof. Do not immerse, pressure wash or charge a wet vehicle.

Delivery

Current destinations, charges and estimates are described in the Shipping Policy and confirmed at checkout. Unless you appoint a carrier independently, the seller remains responsible for the goods until delivery to you or your nominated recipient.

Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Eligible EU consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. The product may be inspected as it could be in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary can result in a lawful deduction for diminished value. Faulty goods and guarantees

EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not match the contract, starting on delivery. Applicable national law may provide more protection. Any separate commercial or limited warranty is additional and cannot replace or reduce the legal guarantee. Available remedies and procedures are described in the Refund and Warranty information.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer remedies or liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those rights, neither party is responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Any limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual property

Store content, branding, text, graphics, code and media belong to Official Kukirin, KuKirin or their respective licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping and information. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the store. A later version does not retroactively change an order already accepted, unless the law requires it or you expressly agree.
