Prices and payment

US prices are shown in US dollars (USD). You'll see shipping and your final total at checkout. A discount code works only when your cart meets its conditions. You'll see which payment methods you can use before you pay.

Specs are the manufacturer's figures for the configuration listed. Range and performance vary with the rider, the route, riding conditions, and maintenance. When you order parts, check that they match your exact model and production version.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

US orders ship from our US warehouses and arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Pre-order items ship on the date shown on their product page.

Eligible purchases come with a 2-year warranty from delivery. If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, you have 14 days after you receive it to tell us you want to return it. For a US return, we email you a prepaid return label addressed to our US warehouse.

Return shipping is free, whether you changed your mind or the product is defective. For details, see shipping, return deadlines and refunds, and warranty coverage and claims.

Changing an order

Need to change the address or an item? Contact support right away. Whether we can make the change depends on how far along your order is. We may not be able to fulfill an order if an item is unavailable, the payment is declined, or we can't ship to the address. If any of this affects your order, support will explain the next steps.
