Orders, shipping and payment
How quickly do orders arrive?
Dispatch is normally 1–2 working days after payment. Delivery normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch for most EU destinations.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free above €299. Any other shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Do EU customers pay import tax?
Orders delivered inside the EU from our EU warehouse do not cross an EU import border. Other destinations can be treated differently.
How do I track the parcel?
Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
Products and performance
How many models are currently available?
Fifteen: A1, S1 Max, G2, G2 VMP, G2 Pro, G2 Pro VMP, G2 Pro ABE, G2 Max, G2 Ultra, G2 Master, M4 Max, T3, G3 Pro, G4 and X1.
What do ABE and VMP mean on this store?
They identify controlled-speed configurations. G2 Pro ABE is listed at 20 km/h; G2 Pro VMP and G2 VMP are listed at 25 km/h. Approval, registration, insurance and public-road rules still depend on the country and documentation supplied with the exact unit.
Are speed and range guaranteed?
No. They are manufacturer-rated maximums measured under test conditions. Rider weight, speed mode, hills, surface, tyre pressure, temperature, wind and battery condition all affect real performance.
Can I ride in rain?
An IP rating describes limited test resistance, not waterproofing. Avoid immersion, deep water, pressure washing and charging while the product or charge port is wet.
Is X1 a scooter?
X1 is an electric dirt bike intended for off-road use. It is not presented as homologated for public-road use.
Choosing a model
What matters most?
Start with permitted use and daily distance, then rider weight, hills, carry weight, tyre type, braking system and budget. Top speed should not be the first filter.
Single or dual motor?
Single-motor models are usually lighter and simpler. Dual-motor G2 Ultra, G2 Master and G3 Pro add traction and hill performance but also weight and energy use.
Which model is easiest to carry?
S1 Max is the lightest current model at 16 ± 0.5 kg. The high-performance models are much heavier and should not be bought for regular stair carrying.
Warranty, returns and service
What warranty applies?
Eligible EU consumer purchases have a minimum two-year legal guarantee. See the warranty page.
Can I change my mind?
Eligible distance purchases have a 14-day withdrawal period after delivery. Condition, handling and direct return cost matter; see returns.
How do I report a fault?
Email your order number, model, serial number and clear photos or video. Do not dismantle or return the product before receiving instructions.
Do you supply parts?
Contact us with the exact model, serial number and part required. Availability is confirmed case by case.
Legal use and safety
Is every model legal on public roads?
No universal answer exists. Rules vary by country and sometimes by city, including speed, power, equipment, insurance, registration, age and riding-area limits. Check the current authority rules for your location before buying or riding.
What should I check before every ride?
Tyres, brakes, lights, fasteners, folding mechanism, steering, battery level and any visible damage. Wear suitable protective equipment.
