Which model is easiest to carry?
S1 Max is the lightest current model at 16 ± 0.5 kg. Larger performance models are substantially heavier. If stairs are part of every day, check real product weight before motor output.
Single motor or dual motor?
Single-motor models are usually lighter and simpler. G2 Ultra, G2 Master and G3 Pro use dual motors for extra traction and hill performance, but add weight and energy use. Buy the extra system because your route needs it, not because the number is larger.
What do ABE and VMP mean here?
They identify controlled-speed configurations. G2 Pro ABE is listed at 20 km/h; G2 Pro VMP and G2 VMP are listed at 25 km/h. Exact road-use requirements still depend on the country and documentation supplied with the unit.
Is X1 a folding scooter?

Are top speed and range guaranteed?
No. Product-page figures are manufacturer-rated maximums measured under test conditions. Rider weight, speed mode, acceleration, hills, surface, tyre pressure, temperature, wind, stops and battery condition affect real results.
How much range headroom should I keep?
Do not choose a battery that only matches your perfect-weather journey on paper. Leave a meaningful reserve for the return trip, colder days, hills, ageing and route changes. Use the practical range guide to plan the route.
Does a bigger motor always mean better range?
No. Motor output, battery capacity, riding mode, weight and efficiency work together. A more powerful model can use energy faster, especially under hard acceleration or dual-motor riding.
Can I ride in rain?
An IP rating describes limited test resistance, not waterproofing. Avoid immersion, deep water, pressure washing and charging while the product or charge port is wet. Wet surfaces also reduce grip and braking predictability.
Can I charge immediately after a hard ride?
Follow the supplied product and charger instructions. Let unusually warm equipment return to a normal condition before charging, use the correct charger, keep the area dry and never use damaged charging equipment.
Ordering and payment
How do I know the exact configuration?
Read the complete product title and selected variant before adding to cart. ABE, VMP and standard versions are separate configurations and should not be assumed interchangeable.
Can you recommend a model by email?
Yes. Send country, rider weight, real round-trip distance, hills or rough surfaces, carry requirement and budget. We will narrow the range by fit rather than automatically suggest the most expensive option.
Can I change an address after ordering?
Email immediately with the order number and exact correction. We will check what remains possible, but an address cannot always be changed after warehouse processing or carrier handover.
Should I place the order again if confirmation is late?
No. Check spam and contact us first. A delayed email does not prove the order failed, and a second checkout can create a duplicate order.
Shipping
Where do current scooter orders dispatch from?
Products shown as available are fulfilled through the European warehouse network, with current scooter dispatch normally from Poland.
How quickly do orders arrive?
Preparation and dispatch normally take 1–2 working days after payment and required checks. Transit normally takes another 3–5 working days for most supported EU destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed appointments.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free for orders of €299 or more. The configured rate below €299 is €20. The final market-currency amount appears at checkout before payment.
Do EU customers pay import duties?

How is tracking sent?

Stop immediately for suspected loose steering, folding or wheel hardware; severe brake loss; structural crack; exposed wiring; smoke; burning smell; unusual heat; or a damaged, swollen or wet battery.

Is every KuKirin model legal on public roads?
