Shipping to the United States

US warehouse. Delivery in 3-5 days.

Shipping is free from $300. Orders under $300 pay $20.

Select United States and enter the complete delivery address at checkout. The available shipping methods and the charge for your cart appear before payment. Check the final total after applying a discount.

Before you order

Choose an address that can receive the parcel and include the apartment, building and ZIP code. If you need delivery by a particular date, email support@officialkukirin.store with the product and destination before ordering.

After you order

Keep the order confirmation and check that the model and address are correct. Follow the tracking link when shipment details become available. A tracking label can appear before the carrier's first scan.

Address changes or a damaged delivery

Email your order number as soon as you notice a problem. Address changes depend on the shipment's progress. For damage, keep the packaging and send photos of the box, shipping label and affected area. Do not send a product or battery back without instructions.
