How shipping works
EU-warehouse dispatch with tracking
Products marked available are supplied from our EU fulfilment warehouse. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment and any required verification.
Delivery time
Delivery normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch for most supported EU destinations. Weekends, public holidays, remote locations, courier disruption and customs procedures outside the EU can add time.
Where we ship
Available checkout destinations include the European Union, the United Kingdom and selected other European countries. The destination selector and checkout are the final confirmation that we can currently serve an address.
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on orders of €299 or more.
- The configured standard rate below €299 is €20.
- Shopify displays the applicable market-currency equivalent and final amount before payment.
Customs and import charges
Orders delivered inside the European Union from our EU warehouse do not normally incur import customs duties. For destinations outside the EU, local customs duties, import VAT or carrier charges may apply unless checkout expressly states they are included.
Tracking and transit damage
We email tracking details after dispatch when supplied by the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us as soon as practical, ideally within 48 hours, with photos of the parcel, label, packaging and product. This prompt-reporting request helps the carrier investigation and does not limit your statutory rights.
