Email support@officialkukirin.store. For an existing order, include the order number and the email used at checkout. For a model recommendation, send your round-trip distance, hills, rider weight and whether you need to carry the scooter upstairs.

Checking a part?

Send the complete model name, production year, a photo of the old part and a close view of its label and connector. Similar-looking parts can have different fittings.

Something is not working?

Include the serial number, what happened and when it started. Add clear photos or a short video if you can record it safely. Keep the product and packaging until you receive instructions.
