KuKirin parts can look similar while using different connectors, controllers, firmware or mounting points. Do not order by appearance alone.

Requesting a part

Email officialkukirin@icloud.com with:

• Order number, model and serial number.
• A clear photo of the full product and the affected part.
• A close photo of connectors, labels and part numbers where visible.
• A short video if the issue is operational.

We confirm compatibility, availability, price and dispatch estimate case by case. A part is not promised until compatibility and stock are confirmed.

Warranty diagnosis

If the issue may be covered by the legal guarantee, do not purchase a part or dismantle the product first. Follow the warranty claim process so the appropriate remedy can be assessed.

Safety-critical work

Brakes, batteries, controllers, wiring, steering and folding components can create serious risk if installed incorrectly. Use a qualified repairer when the supplied instructions or your experience are not sufficient. Never work on a connected or charging battery.
