Electric Scooter Wheel Sizes: 8, 9, 10, 11 and 14/12 Inch
Wheel size changes ride feel, but tyre construction matters too
A larger diameter generally rolls over surface irregularities more easily. Width, pressure, tread, casing, suspension and total vehicle weight also matter.
8-inch solid: low puncture risk, firmer ride
S1 Max uses 8-inch solid honeycomb tyres. They avoid pneumatic punctures and help keep the model light, but transmit more vibration and offer less rough-surface comfort.
9-inch tubeless: compact pneumatic balance
G2 Pro, G2 Pro VMP and G2 Pro ABE use 9-inch tubeless tyres. They balance size, cushioning and portability but still need inspection for pressure, cuts and sealing condition.
10-inch: the centre of the current range
A1, G2, G2 VMP, M4 Max, T3, G2 Max, G2 Ultra, G2 Master and G3 Pro use 10-inch tyres in different widths and constructions. Do not buy a replacement based on diameter alone; exact size, valve, rim and tyre type must match.
11-inch wide: stability with more mass
G4 uses 11-inch wide tubeless off-road tyres. They suit its large chassis and high manufacturer-rated speed but contribute to overall bulk.
14/12-inch dirt-bike setup
X1 uses a 14-inch front and 12-inch rear pneumatic off-road setup. It is a dirt bike, not a foldable scooter, and the larger front wheel supports off-road obstacle handling.
Maintenance decides performance
Check pressure where applicable, tread, cuts, sidewalls, embedded debris, rim seating and wheel fasteners. Use the manual’s exact specification and replace tyres as a matched, compatible part.
