It takes 3 to 5 business days to reach you. Order Nov 20 or Nov 21 and it could be at your door by Wed, Nov 25, before Thanksgiving. Some orders take the full 5 business days, so we can't promise it.
Can I use the code with another discount?
No, it's one discount per order. If you have two, the cart uses whichever saves you more.
What if I buy a scooter before Nov 20?
Join the list with the email on your order, and on Nov 20 we'll add 5% of each scooter's price to your account as store credit, the same 5% the code takes off. If the order used another code, we take what it saved you off the credit.
How do I claim the price guarantee?
Email support@officialkukirin.store with your order number and the lower price you saw on our site. We'll add the difference to your account as store credit.
I'm a KuKirin Miles Pro member. Do I need the list?
Not for the price. You get it in your cart automatically from Nov 18, two days before the list. The price guarantee and the 1,500 Miles come only with the code, so join the list if you want them and order by Nov 26.
