The brakes have a nice feel at the lever, not too hard, not too soft. Good modulation for controlled stops.

Good for moderate distances

I regularly do 15km trips. Arrives with plenty of battery left. Very dependable.

Pros: Good range, stable at speed, bright lights. Cons: Charger is a bit bulky, and the bell is not very loud. Still, a great product I use every day.

Great for All Weather (Except Heavy Rain)!

The IP54 waterproof rating of the Kukirin G2 Pro VMP is perfect for light rain and wet streets, but I wouldn’t recommend riding in heavy downpours (which is true for most scooters anyway). I’ve ridden it through several light rain showers and puddles, and it’s held up perfectly every time – no water damage, no electrical issues. The 500W motor is powerful enough to handle the city’s hills and uneven streets of Prague, and the 25km/h speed is fast enough to get me to work on time. The dual disc brakes are responsive and reliable, even on wet surfaces. The battery life is great – I use it for my 10km commute plus trips to the grocery store and friends’ houses, and I only charge it twice a week. The scooter is lightweight and easy to fold, so I can carry it up to my apartment without any trouble.

The ride is good, but after 30 minutes my feet feel a bit numb. Maybe wider deck would help. Performance wise, no issues at all. Good speed and braking.
