Start with the scooter you actually received
Check the full model name and the manual supplied with it. G2, G2 Pro and G2 Master are different scooters. Production versions can also differ, so do not use an unrelated assembly video as your only reference.
Keep the packaging, take a clear photo of the model label and save the order confirmation. If something is missing or damaged, contact us before your first ride.
Work through the checks before moving
Make the first route deliberately simple
Choose a familiar, open place where riding is permitted, away from traffic and obstacles. Start with the lowest suitable mode and practice moving off, turning and stopping. Get to know the controls before adding a longer route or a hill.
A first ride is also a chance to learn what you need to carry. Put your phone away while moving. Stop somewhere suitable before checking directions.
When you get home
Note anything that felt unusual. If the steering has play, a brake does not work properly or the display shows an error, stop using the scooter and send us the model, serial number and a clear description. Do not guess which part to replace.
