A removable pack gives you another way to arrange charging. It is useful when the scooter's parking spot is not close to an appropriate outlet.
Check which battery actually removes.
The G3 Pro (coming soon) and X1 (coming soon) have removable battery configurations in this catalog. Do not assume that another model's pack can be removed for everyday charging.
Plan the storage location.
Follow the supplied instructions for removal, charging and storage. Use the correct charger and keep the pack away from moisture, damage and extreme temperatures.
Handle a fault through support.
Do not open the pack or attempt cell-level repair. Stop using damaged, swollen or unusually hot equipment and contact support for the handling process. Battery transport needs specific instructions.
