Smooth ride and reliable braking system

After using the Kukirin G2 VMP for two months in Vienna, I can say that the ride quality is fantastic. The scooter glides over small bumps and cobblestones, and the deck feels stable under my feet. The double disc brakes are a standout feature—they’re incredibly responsive and stop the scooter smoothly without any jolting, which is especially important when riding in busy traffic. The 500W motor provides plenty of power, and the acceleration is linear and easy to control. I use the two speed modes regularly; 15km/h is perfect for the crowded city center, and 25km/h is great for the longer stretches on the outskirts. The battery life is consistent; I commute 9km each way, and I only need to charge it every other night. The scooter is lightweight and easy to carry up to my apartment, and it folds up small enough to store in my hallway. The IPX4 waterproof has held up well during our occasional rain showers, and the scooter still looks as good as new. I would highly recommend this scooter to anyone looking for a reliable commuter.

Comfortable Ride Even in Wind

I live in a windy city, and I was worried about how the Kukirin G2 VMP would handle strong gusts. The scooter’s stable frame and low center of gravity make it surprisingly stable in wind, even at top speed. The seatless design lets me adjust my stance to stay balanced, which is a huge help. The 500W motor provides enough power to push through wind without slowing down too much, and the two speed levels let me adjust my pace to match the conditions. The hydraulic disc brakes are responsive, so I can stop quickly if the wind catches me off guard. The scooter’s lightweight design is still manageable in wind, as long as I keep a firm grip on the handlebars. The build quality feels solid, with no parts that would catch the wind and cause instability. The 65km range is consistent, even with extra effort to fight the wind. If you live in a windy area, this scooter is more than capable of handling it!

Great for short trips and easy to maneuver

As someone who lives in a hilly neighborhood in Stockholm, I was worried about finding a scooter that could handle the inclines, but the Kukirin G2 VMP surprised me. The 500W motor has no trouble with the hills around my area, and it keeps a steady pace even when going up the steeper ones. The scooter is incredibly maneuverable, which is perfect for navigating the narrow streets and crowded sidewalks of the city. The two speed modes are great; I use the slower one in pedestrian-heavy areas and the faster one on the bike paths. The battery life is good too; I use it for my 7km commute to work and for trips to the grocery store, and I only need to charge it every three days. The double disc brakes are reliable, and they stop the scooter quickly even when going downhill. The scooter is lightweight enough to carry up to my apartment, and it’s easy to fold and store in small spaces. The only thing I wish it had was a little more grip on the deck, but I added some grip tape, and that solved the problem. Overall, this scooter has made getting around the city so much easier.

Great for running errands and quick trips

I use my Kukirin G2 VMP for all my quick trips around Ljubljana, and it’s perfect. Whether I’m going to the grocery store, picking up coffee, or meeting friends, it’s faster and more convenient than walking or taking the bus. The 500W motor is powerful enough to handle the small hills around the city, and the max speed of 25km/h is perfect for getting around quickly. The two speed modes are great; I use the slower one in the busy downtown area and the faster one on the wider streets. The battery life is excellent; I use it multiple times a day, and I only need to charge it once every two days. The double disc brakes are reliable and stop the scooter quickly when I need to avoid pedestrians or cars. The scooter is lightweight and easy to carry up to my apartment, and it folds up small enough to store in my closet. The IPX4 waterproof has held up well during rain showers, and the scooter still looks new. I love how practical and versatile this scooter is for everyday use.

Great for Stop-and-Go Traffic

Commuting in stop-and-go city traffic can be frustrating, but the Kukirin G2 VMP makes it much easier. The scooter’s quick acceleration lets me keep up with cars at traffic lights, and the responsive hydraulic disc brakes let me stop quickly when needed. The two speed levels let me adjust my pace to match the flow of traffic, so I don’t have to keep switching speeds constantly. The scooter’s compact size makes it easy to maneuver through slow-moving traffic (when safe to do so). The 500W motor provides enough power to handle frequent stops and starts without draining the battery too quickly. The build quality feels solid, with no parts that would wear out from constant stopping and starting. The IPX4 waterproof rating means I don’t have to worry about the weather, even in stop-and-go traffic. The seatless design makes it easy to hop on and off quickly, which is perfect for city commuting. If you deal with a lot of stop-and-go traffic, this scooter is a lifesaver!

Ask us about this model
How far can I ride on one charge?

The figure shown above is the model’s declared maximum range. Rider weight, hills, temperature, tire pressure and speed affect actual distance. For commuting, account for the round trip and leave a reserve.

Will it fit my storage space?

Check the weight and dimensions in the specification table. Measure your elevator, trunk or storage space before ordering. A folding design doesn’t necessarily mean a scooter is easy to carry upstairs.
